Wright House Designs Cancellation, Exchange, and Return Policies

If there are any questions or concerns regarding a placed order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure all orders are correct before they are shipped.

Wright House Designs does NOT accept cancellations!

· Wright House Designs can adjust an order if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering (ie: fix a spelling, a date, a color of an already purchased item)

· Upon contacting us about fixing or adjusting an order, we cannot add additional cost items or variations to the existing order, this includes new shipping profiles or promo codes.

· Additional items or features added to an order must be purchased separately if you wish to add additional items, stains, etc. please contact us if you have any problems with your order.


Wright House Designs may accept exchanges and return requests on a case by case basis. The buyer must:

  • Contact WHD within: 7 days of delivery

  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery, upon approval

The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, WHD can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Orders that are broken due to buyer negligence 
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)


· Exchanges may provided if necessary and only on a case by case basis, if it is required to return the item, return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Contact us to discuss your order. We will do what we can to ensure you have a positive buying experience!

· Returns are not permitted however they may be approved based on a case by case basis. Some instances but may be limited to: If an incorrect item is recieved from the item ordered or an item is damaged or broken in transit due to seller or postal service negligence. Contact us to discuss your order, we will do what we can to ensure you have a positive buying experience!

· Exchanges and Returns are not available due to buyer error (ie: spelling mistakes or design errors after the "contact us to change your order" window has closed after 24 hours of ordering.) However, each situation varies, please contact us to see if there is any options regarding your order.

· Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs for either exchanges or returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


· Refunds may provided if necessary and only on a case by case basis.

· Items may not be returned due to material imperfections as stated in our policies but will be considered if the seller is at fault for any defects or damages.

· If the buyer wishes to request a refund, the process must be started within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Pictures will need to be available along with your request.

· IF a refund is granted, the buyer IS responsible to pay ALL return costs including the original packaging, after the item is received by the seller with the original packaging, a refund for the item purchased will be issued.

· In order to receive a refund, you must contact the seller with any concerns within 7 days of receiving your items, having photographic evidence would be recommended.

· Items must be returned with postage paid by the buyer within 14 days of initial delivery.

Return shipping costs for exchanges and returns must be paid by the buyer. No exceptions. 


Digital files are not physical products. When purchasing any listings labeled "DIGITAL" you agree to the terms acknowledge that you understand this is a DIGITAL file for makers and crafters, no physical item will be sent. 

All digital file links are automatically emailed and immediately available upon payment conformation. Digital content has a limit of 5 downloads per license purchased.

Wright House is NOT responsible for user error. When you purchase our files you agree to take full responsibility for your materials and machines. Be sure when using these files, you use a software that is compatible with these files.

When purchasing digital files from our websites, you agree that you understand you are purchasing a digital and there are no refunds for those by adding the listing to your cart. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions and understand that there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits granted on any and all digital files.

Refunds on all digital files, is NOT available, we do not allow credits or exchanges, all sales are final however please contact us with any questions and we can assist to our best abilities.
