 How do I place an order?

You can order on multiple platforms!

  • On our website, simply add your favorites to your cart and click proceed to check out. You can also make an account and compile a wishlist by clicking the heart on each product you like!
  • On our social media pages: simply browse our products listed on the top of our page or select "Shop" from the menu, click "Check out on website" and finalize your purchase.
  • On our website or Etsy: browse through our products, select your item, select any variations from the drop down menus, and click "Add to cart" and "Proceed to checkout"
  • You can also place an order if you need extra assistance by contacting us through social media via the links below or email at wrighthousedesigns@gmail.com
Do you offer custom designed pieces?

We do not currently offer exclusive custom orders at this time. Each listing allows customizing your sign based on our chosen materials only. For customization or personalization inquiries, send us a message and we can try to assist with creating your own custom listing. (Custom order availability varies on the time of year)

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer custom gift wrapping however each sign is packaged with kraft paper and twine, wrapped lovingly, and shipped with care so when the buyer receives their order, it's like you're unwrapping a gift. We can add a gift note if you request it.

Do you offer mock-ups or a preview of a design?
Yes of course! we can send a preview of your item or custom items in our design stage before your item design is finalized so we can be sure your item will appear as you ordered. We can send these via messanger on facebook or email!
Do you offer local pickup?

Yes we can offer local pickup to save on shipping costs. At check out simply select “Local pickup” instead of shipping. You will be alerted via email or text message when your order is ready.

Care Instructions

Due to the fragile nature of the items, please handle them with care. A vigorous environment is not recommended. It is recommended that all signs are properly installed to avoid damage. Signs are for indoor use only. Keep away from young children. Do not leave signs in direct sunlight or near water. Do not drop the signs, force may result in damage to the wood frames or result in pieces coming loose if not handled with care.

Product Consistency

Due to our process and working with natural materials, imperfections are to be expected when working with these machines, no two pieces are constantly alike. All items are hand designed and handcrafted, some subtle imperfections may be visible given the nature of the materials such as marks, scratches, holes, or other natural impurities may be possible, we try our best to select the best material that we have available when creating your products. Our frames are custom-made by hand, and sizes may slightly differ from the listing dimensions. We strive to make everything with a steady hand and a careful eye so each sign is as shown in the listing pictures or better!
