If there are any questions or concerns regarding a placed order, please contact us as soon as possible to ensure all orders are correct before they are shipped.

Cancellations
Wright House Design Co does NOT accept cancellations!
· Wright House Design Co can adjust an order if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering (ie: fix a spelling, a date, a color of an already purchased item)
· Upon contacting us about fixing or adjusting an order, we cannot add additional cost items or variations to the existing order, this includes new shipping profiles or promo codes.
· Additional items or features added to an order must be purchased separately if you wish to add additional items, stains, etc. please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Returns
Wright House Design Co may accept exchanges and return requests on a case by case basis. The buyer must:

Contact WHD within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery, upon approval
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns are on a case by case basis. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized items, Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If you choose to refuse a package without going through the return and refund process, we are not obligated to refund you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are on a case by case basis. We may only replace items if they are defective or damaged as fault of the seller. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here or send us an email at wrighthousedesigns@gmail.com. If your case is approved the items must be shipped back to us with all fees paid by the buyer in the original packaging (if available)
Digital Downloads
By purchasing digital content, you have read the items full description, you are agreeing to the licensing restrictions and Terms of Use provided herein and accepting of all terms and conditions
Wright House is NOT responsible for user error. When you purchase our files you agree to take full responsibility for your materials and machines. Be sure when using these files, you use a software that is compatible with these files.
With these files YOU CAN:
- use these files for personal AND small business projects.
use these files to make a physical product to resell.
- use our accents in other projects (provided you do not resell or claim the files as your own)
- download files up to 5 times.
With these files, YOU CANNOT:
- resell, share, or distribute, any part, or all, of these digital files. Doing so is strictly prohibited and illegal.
sell as part of a clip art or digital set.
trace or use any part of this file in other digital files for resell.
- share the file, images, fonts, or licensing with anyone.
upload and sell the design.
Please note, buyers CANNOT use our listing photos or mock-up photos from your purchased file or our social media and website images that are the property of Wright House Designs and Wright House Digitals. Zip file and its contents are meant for the single buyer only and licensing only covers one user per purchase.
When purchasing digital files from our websites, you agree that you understand you are purchasing a digital and there are no refunds for those by adding the listing to your cart. By purchasing, you agree to the terms and conditions and understand that there will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits granted on any and all digital files.
Refunds on all digital files, is NOT available, we do not allow credits or exchanges, all sales are final however please contact us with any questions and we can assist to our best abilities.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, the buyer must contact us directly.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Shipping
To return your product, you must ship the item in the original packaging to the return address listed on the original label or picking slip (if available)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it is not paid in full up front.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the same condition once the package leaves our facilities and vice versa. If a buyer needs assistance with shipping contact us and we can assist as best as we can.
