Shipping policy

We appreciate each and every order we receive no matter how big or small the project! In this section you can find information about the ordering process and the time-frame to expect your items to be shipped!

[ AFTER AN ORDER IS PLACED ]
· Our design team will review your order and begin the design phase within 2-7 days. If there are ever any changes that need to be made to the design we request that we are informed within24 hours of placing an order.
· Once the concept is finalized, the item(s) are transferred to the design program and the laser software where the next process will begin. 
· After the item designs are finalized, exported and transferred to the laser, the items will be run through the engrave and vector processing. At this time other materials needed such as framing or other hardware are built and finished with primer, paint, stains, top coats, or anything else necessary for the final stages.
· Once the item(s) are dry and assembled they will be checked for quality and off to the packaging room where they will be prepped, packaged for shipping, and passed off to the mail carrier for delivery! At this stage we can provide you with pictures of the products, packaging, shipping labels, anything to make the process a smooth transition!

**Once items are in the laser processing there will be no changes accepted with your order, If there are any questions or concerns please notify us within 24 hours of placing an order!**


[ CURRENT PRODUCTION & HANDLING TIME ]

Each of our products are handmade with love and made to order, we do not keep stock of every item we offer. Below is an estimated production time breakdown of our products:

  • Acrylics, Keychains: 2-3 Days processing 1-2 Weeks to ship
  • Simple Wooden Coasters and Ornaments: 2-3 Days processing, 1-2 Weeks to ship
  • Layered Material Items (such as plank boards or ornaments): 3-5 Days processing, 7-14 days to ship
  • Painted, Stained, or Sealed Items: 3-5 Days processing, 7 days to 14 days to ship
  • Framed Decor and Custom Made Pieces: 7-9 days to process 2-3 weeks to ship

· Each item is made to order, production times will vary, all items can ship between 4 days - 4 weeks. This is an estimated timeframe and does not include weekends or holidays.

· Shipping can vary based on shipping speed selected. All items ship USPS. First class shipping is 5-7 days, Priority Shipping is 2-5 days. UPS and Fedex shipping can be available on an as needed bases!

· Rush/Expedited Shipping Services are available with an additional fee.

·  The times above are an estimated time frame but we try to create, process, and ship as quickly as possible, other variables need taken into consideration such as other orders, holidays. Cancellations due to "slow" shipping speed are not accepted. Most listings will reflect a 2-week ship time however due to the increase in production and hours during different times of the year, orders will continue to be completed in a timely manner to the best o our abilities. For all orders that do qualify for our deadlines, we will update the shipping times for your convenience and your invoices will reflect the earlier estimated shipping time! Wright House is not responsible for mail service delays.

[ HOLIDAY SHIPPING ]

Please Be Advised: Wright House continues to do the best we can to ensure your Christmas and other seasonal items are shipped out within the allotted timeframe noted at checkout. We are NOT responsible for mail delivery from USPS, UPS, or FedEx delivery services. Once an item is scanned into the selected postal service mail system we have no control over the speed at which the parcels are delivered. Due to the increase in online orders, we are working longer hours to ship all orders out as quickly as we can while maintaining our quality and professionalism to help ensure your items are delivered to you in a timely manner. We want to do the best we can on our end given the slower mail shipping times that are out of our control.

[ DIGITAL FILES AND CONTENT ]

Digital files are not physical products. When purchasing any listings labeled "DIGITAL" you agree to the terms acknowledge that you understand this is a DIGITAL file for makers and crafters, no physical item will be sent. By agreeing to the terms, you understand when you purchase files from us you agree to the terms of the licensing included with every file and descriptions of each listing. Our files are 100% our original creations and it is prohibited to reuse or resell any part of our files as a digital or claim our work digitally as your own. There is no such thing as changing an original design to make it your own. Do not resell our digital products digitally. Doing so could lead to legal repercussions. All digital file links are automatically emailed and immediately available upon payment conformation. Digital content has a limit of 5 downloads per license purchased. All sales final on all digital content. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits will be given.

· All items are hand designed and hand crafted, some subtle imperfections may be visible given the nature of the material.
· Due to the fragile nature of the item, please handle with care and keep out of reach from children.
