· Items are laser engraved and cut on a c02 machine, imperfections are to be expected when working with these machines.
· Image designs and letters are laser cut and engraved and may vary in size, no two pieces are always alike.
· Images and letters are computer generated using font styles that may not allow for manipulating how the letters appear.
· All items are hand designed and hand crafted, some subtle imperfections may be visible given the nature of the materials such as marks, scratches, holes, or other natural impurities may be possible, we try our best to select the best material that we have available when creating your products.

[ Placing An Order ]
1. Select the VARIATIONS (If applicable) from the drop down menu. (Size, colors, fonts, letters, etc.)
2. Select the QUANTITY desired from the drop down menu.
3. Select any additional VARIATIONS or COLORS that may be available.
4. Click ADD TO CART.
5. If available, type your PERSONALIZATION requests based on the product personalization stated in the "add your personalization" text box. Not all products are customizable.
6. Add any comments to the personalized section to ensure your items are made to your satisfaction! If needed, feel free to message us with any inquiries. Messages are responded to within 24 hours.
**Once items are ordered and in the laser processing there will be no changes accepted with your order, If there are any changes, questions, or concerns please notify us within 24 hours of placing an order!**

[ Production & Shipping Times ]
· All products are made to order. All orders are expected to have a 1-2 week turnaround.
· Estimated Product Production: 5-7 days. Estimated Frame Sign Production: 7-14 days. Order Packing, Shipping, & Delivery: 5-7 days from order shipped status to transit to delivered.
· Shipping time will vary depending on location, service, time of year, holidays, weekends, and order quantity.
· All orders expect to ship within 24 hours once order status is updated to shipped and tracking is provided. Once shipped, Tracking may take a few additional days to update. Refer to the tracking number provided.
· Rush/Expedited shipping services may be available with an additional fee. If a listing does not specify shipping upgrades, contact us before ordering with any questions or inquiries. Upgrades may be limited based on service, location, product weight, and time of year.
